No, this is not automatic. If you don’t want us to continue marketing after the 30-day period, all you need to do is serve us notice on day 21 of the 30-day marketing period. As we are in regular communication with you throughout the sale, it is very unlikely that you will miss this date. However, if you should forget to serve notice, all we do is roll out our service for another 30 days. There is no penalty to worry about and, as always, we will sell your house for free and cover your legal costs. If you want to accept an offer lower than the agreed marketing price, we will work with you and the buyer to come to an agreement that suits all parties. However, protect yourself from gazundering, this practice can put you in an uncomfortable position. So only accept the lower offer if you really want to.
We achieve a buyer within 30 days. Completion happens as soon as possible thereafter. Whilst we can (and have) completed on properties within the 30 days, each sale is dependent on the time requirements of the buyer and seller. If you rely on a property sale in order to fund your purchase, your property must be under offer and proceedable in order to view one of our listings. We do this to protect the interest of our sellers, to mitigate against the risk of disappointment.
At SOLD.CO.UK, we want you to be happy with your house purchase and have the full journey completed quickly for you. You can browse our list of properties available to buy via the traditional means such as mortgage (or perhaps you can buy it outright). Alternatively, auction properties are available too.
We can sell houses within 30 days and we would love to be able to achieve the same with buyers. However, we cannot promise that due to the variable changes that could be presented. Once you have found a suitable new house, subject to all the relevant legal checks, it can be relatively quick.
