Once you’ve submitted your details you’ll receive a phone call from us within 24 hours (but most likely within the first 2 hours). One of our analysts will work with you to better understand your property and what you are looking to achieve. From this, they’ll give you your valuation and recommend the best route for your sale. If we don’t think we’re right for you at all, we’ll happily recommend you to a high street or online agent.
Whilst we’ll make a recommendation, the choice of how we work is up to you. You can decide which route to take during the initial consultation, or you can take some time to think about it, discuss with any other parties and then come back to us.
With your choice made, we’ll assign you a dedicated team member who will talk you through the process of your chosen route, ensuring you’re completely clear on all the details and steps. They will then send you a digital contract to sign and return.
